Problem Note 56197: You cannot reset the return code condition for a SAS® Stored Process in SAS® 9.4
In SAS 9.4 TS1M2, you cannot reset the return condition code when you run a SAS Stored Process. The condition code (status code or error code) is assigned the highest value that is returned for all steps in the stored-process request.
In releases earlier than SAS 9.4 TS1M2, you can change the condition code by resetting the &SYSCC macro variable. However, in SAS 9.4 TS1M2, such a change has no effect.
In addition, the STPSRVSET function does not reset the return condition code. For example, in SAS 9.3 and later, the following statement has no effect:
rc=stpsrvset('program error',0);

For software releases that are not yet generally available, the Fixed
Release is the software release in which the problem is planned to be
fixed.
When you run a SAS stored process in SAS 9.4 TS1M2 or SAS 9.4 TS1M3, you cannot reset the return condition code (status code). The condition code is assigned the highest value that is returned for all steps in the stored-process request.
