Problem Note 56173: WHERE constraints on SAS® Scalable Performance Data Server tables are removed when you use PROC SPDO with a TRUNCATE statement
If you use the SPDO procedure with a TRUNCATE statement to truncate a SAS SPD Server table, WHERE constraints are removed.
