Problem Note 56028: Migrating from SAS® OpRisk VaR 6.1M1 to 6.1M1 fails and returns "Unrecognized source release no (orvarcfg.migration.version): 6.1"

In SAS OpRisk VaR, if you migrate from 6.1M1 to 6.1M1, the migration fails and returns the following message:
Unrecognized source release no (orvarcfg.migration.version): 6.1. Migration processing has stopped.
The problem occurs because of an incorrect value for the arg2= variable in the orvarcfg_config.xml file.
Workaround
To fix this issue, simply correct the variable for arg2= in the orvarcfg_config.xml file before running the configuration in the target environment.
Currently, line number 777 of this file contains the following:
<equals arg1="${orvarcfg.migration.version}" arg2="${orvarcfg.configobj.version}" />
Change the line to this:
<equals arg1="${orvarcfg.migration.version}" arg2="${orvarcfg.maintenance.to.version}" />

C:\Program Files\SASHome\SASFoundation\9.4\orvar\sasmisc\Config\orvarcfg_config.xml - In a UNIX operating environment, the file is located here:
