Problem Note 55741: You might not be able to set a goal date for a task in the case task list in SAS® Anti-Money Laundering

When you edit a case in SAS Anti-Money Laundering, you can select a Goal Date for a task in the Task List window. However, the system might not save the date if your locale is set to one of the following:

  • Bulgaria
  • Denmark
  • Canada (using English(Canada) locale)
  • Bolivia
  • Dominican Republic
  • Honduras
  • Nicaragua
  • Puerto Rico
  • El Salvador
  • Ireland (if configured for Gaelic)
  • India (if configured for Hindi)
  • Croatia
  • Indonesia
  • Lithuania
  • Latvia
  • Malaysia
  • Poland
  • Portugal
  • Thailand

The problem only occurs when no tasks already exist in the task list for the case.
