Problem Note 55370: A web page does not open when you click a tracked link in the web view of a preview email
When you click a tracked link in the web view of a preview email that is sent from the Broadcast E-mails category in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio, the web page that is referenced by the link URL fails to open.
If the SAS® Digital Marketing DefaultRedirectURL server property is set, the link does open the page that it references. However, if that property is not set, the page does not open and the following error is generated:
HTTP Status 404 - /bess/%3Cxsl:value-of%20select='$getlink'/%3E
The link opens correctly when you reference it from web views of the actual broadcast emails and also for preview emails that are sent from SAS Digital Marketing Studio.
