Problem Note 55322: Disabling the 'Browse Stored Process Server File System' capability does not prevent users from browsing
When you disable the Browse Stored Process Server File System capability using a SAS® Enterprise Guide® role within SAS® Management Console, users can still browse the SAS® Stored Process Server file system.
To disable the browse capability:
- In SAS Management Console, select Plug-ins ► User Manager.
- Right-click Enterprise Guide: Advanced and select Properties.
- Click the Capabilities tab and select Expand Enterprise Guide 6.1 ► Browse Stored Process Server File System, as shown below.
- Clear the check box beside the option to disable it.
Notice, however, that even with the option disabled, you can still browse the Stored Process Servers structure in the SAS Enterprise Guide Explorer
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
