Problem Note 55183: Error wrongly indicates that user requires additional capabilities in SAS® Enterprise GRC

When you select a user in a SAS Enterprise GRC window, you might see an incorrect error stating that the user requires additional capabilities. The capabilities might not be related to the object that you are editing. The error might be similar to the following:
The user selected as "Control Conduct Owner" must be assigned the "View" capability at the selected location for the following object type: KRI Observation
The problem occurs when multiple screens include the CustomFilterUserChooser component, and multiple users access the screens simultaneously.
There is no workaround for this problem.
