Problem Note 55162: An error occurs when you run the risk assessment (FCF_RAP) process with Microsoft SQL Server in SAS® Anti-Money Laundering

The following error message appears in the log file when you run the RC_UPDATE_ASSESSMENT_DATE section of the FCF_RAP.sas (Risk Assessment Process) program with Microsoft SQL Server in SAS Anti-Money Laundering.
ERROR: CLI execute error: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Incorrect syntax near 'base'. : [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Incorrect syntax near the keyword 'where'. NOTE: The SAS System stopped processing this step because of errors.
This issue is caused by an incorrect query syntax.
