Problem Note 55085: An error occurs when you execute a campaign with more than one communication and you use the MALauncher command
When you execute a campaign with more than one communication, an MALauncher command might fail with the following error:
2015-01-16 13:51:18,178: Executing...
2015-01-16 13:51:21,064: Execution failure with error 33 User does not have Execute permission on the object
ERROR 2014-07-16 13:51:21,064: EXCEPTION
ERROR com.sas.analytics.crm.ma.launcher.ExecutionFacade:doExecute
ERROR User does not have permission to execute: communication FFHCWCHSTBGSVA1K on campaign FGGGGDWX2ZE3TIAD for user SAS Demo User
com.sas.analytics.crm.execute.client.ExecutionException: User does not have permission to execute: communication FFHCWCHSTBGSVA1K on campaign
FGGGGDWX2ZE3TIAD for user SAS Demo User
If you look at the
MALauncher commands in the following example, you can see that they have different -g values:
"/local/install/SASServer/config/Lev1/SASApp/MaLauncher/mabatch.sh" -u "sasdemo" -g cad21542475d435b169e9253c0188117 -x "CI" -d comm -e -v -- HBCGE4BMZVCRW1D3
"/local/install/SASServer/config/Lev1/SASApp/MaLauncher/mabatch.sh" -u "sasdemo" -g 53d317b034887e26edc66383a3d28add -x "CI" -d comm -e -v -- FGGGGDWX2ZE3TIAD
This discrepancy in the values results in a failure that indicates permission errors.
As a workaround, use the second -g value on both command lines.
Note: This problem occurs only when you send the schedule details to the administrator. If you send the schedule details to the scheduling software, the same -g values are created and the commands execute successfully.
