Problem Note 55674: Campaigns fail with deadlock errors when you publish user-defined fields in the Communication node to the Reporting Common Data Model
When you execute SAS® Customer Intelligence campaigns, the publish process might fail intermittently with the following error:
ERROR: Teradata insert: Transaction ABORTed due to deadlock. SQL statement was: USING ("COMMUNICATION_SK" DECIMAL(10),"CHAR_UDF_NM" VARCHAR (60),"CHAR_UDF_VAL" VARCHAR (500),"CHAR_EXT_COLUMN_NM"
VARCHAR (30),"PROCESSED_DTTM" CHAR (26))INSERT INTO cdm."CI_COMMUNICATION_CHAR_UDF" ("COMMUNICATION_SK","CHAR_UDF_NM","CHAR_UDF_VAL","CHAR_EXT_COLUMN_NM","PROCESSED_DTTM") VALUES
(:"COMMUNICATION_SK",:"CHAR_UDF_NM",:"CHAR_UDF_VAL",:"CHAR_EXT_COLUMN_NM",:"PROCESSED_DTTM"). Insert substitution values are not shown.
NOTE: Statements not processed because of errors noted above.
This problem occurs when you publish user-defined fields in the Communication node to the Reporting Common Data Model.
