Problem Note 55665: Export definitions are not available when you create a new broadcast in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio or SAS® Digital Marketing Studio
SAS Marketing Automation export definitions are not available when you create a new broadcast in SAS Customer Intelligence Studio or SAS Digital Marketing Studio.
When this problem occurs, the SASDigitalMarketingServer6.4.log file shows the following error:

To work around this problem, include the domain in the user ID when you log on to SAS Customer Intelligence Studio or SAS Digital Marketing Studio. For example, use sasbap\sasdemo rather than just sasdemo.
