Problem Note 55557: The error "A lock is not available. . ." occurs when you optimize a scenario in SAS® Marketing Optimization

In SAS Marketing Optimization, if you set the large-scale heuristic options in the mo_opt_config file when you optimize your scenario, you might see the following error in the optimize.log file:
ERROR: A lock is not available for MASTER.LARGE_SCALE_ITERATION_STATUS.DATA. ERROR: At least one subproblem failed during optimization. The remaining subproblems were terminated. Subsequent optimization may succeed.
