Problem Note 54989: An error occurs when you use PROC COPY to copy a metadata-bound data set with a recorded encryption key to a non-bound library

In the first maintenance release of SAS® 9.4 (TS1M1), the copy process fails when you use the COPY procedure to copy a SAS metadata-bound data set that has a recorded encryption key to a non-bound library.
When this problem happens, the following error message might be generated:
ERROR: Missing ENCRYPTKEY option on member library.dataset.DATA.
ERROR: File library.dataset.DATA has not been saved because copy could not be completed.
There is no workaround for this problem.
