Problem Note 54914: An error occurs if you execute the Relationship Loader batch tool when the SAS® Web Server is set to use SSL
If you execute the Relationship Loader (sas-relationship-loader) when the SAS Web Application server is configured for Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), a failure occurs with the following warning:
09:32:59 WARN IOException in remote method invocation: 'ReflectiveMethodInvocation: public abstract com.sas.svcs.registry.client.RegisteredService com.sas.svcs.registry.client.ServiceRegistryInterface.getServiceByInterface(java.lang.String); target is null'. Trying to reinitialize and retry call (maximum 1 more times).
sas-relationship-loader has failed.
Could not access HTTP invoker remote service at [http://mdtrhel.unx.sas.com:8343/SASWIPClientAccess/remote/ServiceRegistry?ticket=ST-35304-9STdVZYkymFvMOyQym2v-cas]; nested exception is org.apache.commons.httpclient.HttpException: Did not receive successful HTTP response: status code = 400, status message = [Bad Request]
Did not receive successful HTTP response: status code = 400, status message = [Bad Request]
sas-relationship-loader completed with errors.
To resolve this problem, you need to remove the SSL configuration and configure SAS Web Application Server so that it uses the HTTP protocol.
A fix for this issue is planned for a later release of SAS® software.
