Problem Note 54898: Incorrect results occur in the PLM procedure when it uses an item store that is generated with BY-group processing in the GLMSELECT procedure
When PROC PLM uses an item store that is generated from BY-group processing in PROC GLMSELECT, the procedure either ends abnormally and produces no output, or the procedure generates some incorrect results. If the procedure completes with no errors, then the following statistics in the OUT= data set from the SCORE statement are incorrect in all but the first BY group:
To circumvent the problem in PROC PLM, each BY group must be analyzed separately in PROC GLMSELECT and PROC PLM.
