Problem Note 54801: Sample credentials provided with SAS® Data Management deployments might be seen as a security exposure
A sample user name and password were included in the set of files delivered with the production software for SAS MDM, SAS® Data Remediation, and SAS® Task Manager. The credentials represented in these files might be confused with customer-provided information, thereby creating the appearance of a security exposure even though the credentials are not used.
Please note: The inclusion of this information with the production software did not compromise any internal or external system.
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
The hot fix will remove the credentials from various support files in the applications referenced here.
