Problem Note 54766: Using the MODIFY statement with SAS/ACCESS® Interface to PostgreSQL might result in a "duplicate key" error
Using SAS/ACCESS Interface to PostgreSQL to update data that contains the MODIFY statement in a DATA step might result in an error similar to the following:
ERROR: During insert: ERROR: duplicate key value violates unique constraint "t1resp_pk"
Key (response_sk)=(18) already exists.;
