Problem Note 54748: The PD_FACT table might not contain all of the required records

In SAS® Credit Scoring for banking, the PD_FACT table should contain all of the records. However, some records might be incorrectly omitted.
The problem occurs during development data load, scoring data load, and pool scoring data load. The stability-related measures are incorrectly calculated on the basis of only the accepted population (OUTCOME_CD="ACC"). These measures are related to the population stability only, and therefore they should be calculated for the entire population.
