After you apply Hot Fix E88015, treatments with values of "0" or "9" are missing.

For example, create a simple numeric treatment with two numeric custom detail tags. Add values such as 2,030,100 and 1,009,009.

Then export these custom detail tags. The output should look like this:

"708083283" "2	3	1	" "1	"
"708085458" "2	3	1	" "1	"
"708086958" "2	3	1	" "1	"
"708089733" "2	3	1	" "1	"

As you can see, all of the "0" and "9" values are missing.
