Problem Note 54284: If the unsecured part of a mortgage exceeds 1 million, the counterparty is still treated as "Retail" but it should be "Corporate"

In SAS® Credit Risk Management for Banking, if the unsecured part of a mortgage exceeds one million units of currency, the counterparty is still considered as "Retail." However, as per Article 123 of CRD-IV, it should be treated as a "Corporate" counterparty class. There are no warnings or errors.
