Problem Note 54227: In SAS® Customer Intelligence, the message text and parameters of a scheduled SAS® Digital Marketing ASP type of broadcast might be lost
In SAS Customer Intelligence, when you schedule a SAS Digital Marketing ASP type of broadcast, the message text and parameters might be lost.
This problem occurs when you update the parameters and message text for an ASP type of broadcast and take the following actions on the Schedule page:
- Save the broadcast.
- Select Set Schedule and schedule the broadcast.
- Save the broadcast again, as prompted.
If you close the broadcast and re-open it, the updated values are lost. All of the ASP parameters and the text are missing or have reverted to the default entries.
To work around this problem, do not save the broadcast before you schedule it. Save the broadcast only after it is scheduled.
