Problem Note 54168: Using the DBCREATE_TABLE_OPTS= data set option to create a temporary Teradata table might fail and return an execute error

When you are using the DBCREATE_TABLE_OPTS= data set option and the DBMSTEMP= LIBNAME option to create a Teradata temporary table, an error message similar to the following might occur:
ERROR: Error attempting to CREATE a DBMS table.
ERROR: Teradata execute: Syntax error: expected something between the 'ROWS' keyword
and the 'primary' keyword.The errors occur because these options are processed in the wrong order.
