Problem Note 54008: You are unable to move members down in the Dimension Hierarchies View in SAS® Financial Management

You are unable to move members down in the Dimension Hierarchies View in SAS Financial Management. This problem occurs when the dimension type is INTORG and the hierarchy is flat.
For example, you have the following hierarchy:
Test Hierarchy
AAAA
BBBB
CCCC
DDDD
You can move members up in the hierarchy, but you cannot move members down.
