Problem Note 54357: The error "Cannot request data from" occurs when you save or open a case in SAS® Customer Due Diligence
In SAS Customer Due Diligence, an error similar to the following appears when you create or save a new case:
cannot request data from:
"http://rdcesx06036.race.sas.com:80/SASComplianceSolutionsMid/controller/custome
rs/10000052/date/2014-03-10%2024:12:59.json"
This error might appear for sites that run a locale other than English. The problem occurs because a non-NLS specific date and time (that is, a date and a time that are not internationalized or localized) are passed to the URL.
As a temporary workaround, locate the <set> element in the cdd-case-details-01.xml file and modify it as follows:
<set name="TEMP.LOCAL.CASE_CREATE_DTTM"
value="Concat(GetStringFromDateOrTimestamp(CASE.CREATE_DTTM,
'yyyy-MM-dd'),'%20',GetStringFromDateOrTimestamp
(CASE.CREATE_DTTM, 'HH:mm:ss'))"
/>
