SAS Customer Intelligence Studio becomes unresponsive when you open a SAS Marketing Optimization scenario that was previously opened from within the selection campaign group. Here is an example:

1. In SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, select Optimization Scenarios and open a scenario that uses input data generated by a SAS Marketing Automation selection campaign.
2. Navigate to Selection Campaign Groups and open the selection campaign group for the scenario above.
3. Navigate to the Optimization Scenarios page, on which is displayed a list of the scenarios that are built from this campaign group.
4. Double-click the same scenario to open it.

   SAS Customer Intelligence Studio becomes unresponsive.

To work around this issue, if a SAS Marketing Optimization scenario has already been opened from the Scenario page, avoid reopening it from within the selection campaign group page.
