Problem Note 53911: The file system directory paths are not correct when you migrate from SAS® Marketing Optimization 5.x or 6.1 to SAS® Marketing Optimization 6.3
When you migrate from SAS Marketing Optimization 5.x or 6.1 to SAS Marketing Optimization 6.3, the file system directory paths are not correct.
SAS® Deployment Wizard completes without errors during the SAS Marketing Optimization Server configuration. However, if you compare the SAS Marketing Optimization 5.41 application object paths with the newly migrated paths, you see that they did not migrate correctly.
The following folders are affected:
../promoted_solutions
../moma_input_data
../moma_agent_tables
To correct the problem, run the SAS Deployment Wizard and select the option that enables you to retrieve and download new hot fixes. Doing so installs all relevant hot fixes, which includes the fix for this problem. After you apply the hot fix successfully, you need to run the migration program again in order to correct the incorrect paths.
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
