Usage Note 53145: How to disable the workflow for incidents and related items in SAS® Enterprise GRC
In SAS Enterprise GRC, workflows are associated with incidents and related items.
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
The hot fix provides a new feature that enables you to configure SAS Enterprise GRC to not use workflows for incidents and related items.
To disable workflows for incidents and related items:
- Log on to SAS® Management Console.
- Expand Application Management.
- Expand Configuration Manager.
- Expand SAS Application Infrastructure.
- Right-click Enterprise GRC MidTier 5.1 and select Properties.
- Click the Settings tab.
- Click Incident Management.
- Under section Workflow Templates, enter the following value for Incident: OFF.
When you disable workflows for incidents, workflows are also disabled for items related to incidents, including events, financial effects, recoveries, allocations, and causes.
