Problem Note 53046: The incorrect END_DTTM entry in the CI_COMMUNICATION table is published to the common data model when you are executing communications separately

When you execute or schedule communications in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio for different times, the CI_COMMUNICATION table might show the wrong END_DTTM entry for the second communication.

Here is an example:

  1. Create a campaign with two Communication nodes.
  2. Schedule one communication to execute at one time.
  3. Schedule the second communication to execute weekly, four times.
  4. In the Scheduling window in SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, the correct end date is shown:
  5. first communication 2/13/2014
    second communication 3/6/2014
  6. Execute the campaign.
  7. The CI_CAMPAIGN table shows the correct END_DTTM for both communications.
  8. The CI_COMMUNICATION table shows the wrong END_DTTM for the second communication. It shows 2/13/2014 for both communications.
