Problem Note 52684: SAS® Forecast Analyst Workbench stored processes might fail with a too many connections error

The details of SAS® Financial Management form sets are displayed in the SAS Forecast Analyst Workbench Consensus Planning workspace. The process to display the form details is completely automated.
A problem has been identified that might cause multiple SAS® sessions to query for form details. This might lead to failures in publishing form sets or in running a consensus because too many connections to the database are open. In this case, an error similar to the following is displayed in the SAS log:
ERROR: Error trying to establish connection: Too many connections ERROR: Error in the LIBNAME statement.
