The SAS Deployment Manager (SDM) is used to install SAS hot fixes. An update to the SDM for SAS 9.3 is available which automates the post-installation steps for configuring certain products after a hot fix has been applied.

The update to the SAS Deployment Manager is available via Hot Fix M52001.

NOTE 1: M52001 can NOT be applied to your system using the SAS Deployment Manager. Please review the M52001 Installation Instructions for important information on updating the SAS Deployment Manager.

NOTE 2: If you downloaded your order from SAS after February 17, 2014, the SAS Deployment Manager has the necessary update and Hot Fix M52001 does NOT need to be applied to your system.
