Problem Note 52413: Error messages are not displayed when the copy_files.bat script does not run successfully
When you apply a SAS® Customer Intelligence 6.1 hot fix, you need to run the copy_files.bat script before you rebuild any web applications. This is documented in the hot fix instructions.
If the copy_files.bat script fails for any reason, you are not notified when you execute the script.
However, you will see error messages when you log on to SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio after you apply the hot fix.
As a workaround, be sure to check the cicstudio_hf.log file that is located in the \Lev1\Logs\ directory before you rebuild any web applications.
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
