In SAS® Promotion Optimization, evaluation of a buy-get promotion that contains products from more than one partition might fail with an exception similar to the following in the MerchIntelGridSvr.log file:

This exception might also be generated when evaluating a promotion that overlaps with a buy-get promotion that contains products from more than one partition.
There is no workaround for this issue.
