Problem Note 52015: Changing the CIModelPeriod property to a smaller value in SAS® Digital Marketing causes Response History updates to stop

DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

The advanced server property, CIModelPeriod, limits the number of days that the application checks for responses to a broadcast after the broadcast is sent. These responses are used to update the Response History table held in the SAS® Customer Intelligence common data model.

Changing the CIModelPeriod property to a smaller value causes Response History updates to stop for broadcasts that have already been sent. For example, if the CIModelPeriod property is set to 60 days and is then changed to a small value, such as 1 or 2, the updates do not occur.
