Problem Note 51992: SAS® Real-Time Decision Manager does not always republish when you add new treatments, triggering integrity constraint errors when you run campaigns

When you add a new treatment to a standard reply or treatment campaign and then run the parent decision campaign, an integrity constraint error might be returned during execution.
This problem occurs when the Publish on save flag for your business context is not set. The new treatment does not always automatically trigger a republish as it should.
