Problem Note 51907: Using a customized opt-out link in SAS® Digital Marketing does not work in the web view of e-mails

In SAS Digital Marketing, you can use a customized opt-out link by setting the Advanced Server Property, IncludeOptOutLinkHtml, using $OPTOUT$ with your required message.

The link works correctly in the e-mail of the recipient, but it does not work in the web view of the e-mail. The following error occurs when you click a customized opt-out link in the web view of an e-mail:

Your unsubscribe request failed because the e-mail address specified was invalid.
