Problem Note 51904: Using WebLogic as bess_proxy does not resolve non-English characters

When using WebLogic in a double BESS architecture, WebLogic bess_proxy does not resolve non-English characters. Extended ASCII characters in the e-mails appear as garbled characters.
To work around this issue, use a reverse proxy server externally, with a single WebLogic BESS housed internally. This recommended architecture offers improved security.
