Problem Note 51341: In the SAS® Add-In for Microsoft Office, a prompt in a SAS® Stored Process might lose the reference to its cell in Microsoft Excel
In SAS Add-In for Microsoft Office, a prompt in a SAS Stored Process might lose the reference to its cell in Microsoft Excel. This problem is most likely to occur if the prompt is numeric and the method used to populate the prompt is User enters values.
When this problem occurs, SAS Add-In adds a decimal and zero tenths to the numeric value that is entered. This change identifies the value as a new event, and the cell that contains the prompt value must be reselected when the stored process is refreshed.
In order to avoid this problem, if possible, define the prompt to Allow only integer values.
