Problem Note 51073: The From and Reply-To e-mail addresses in SAS® Digital Marketing cannot be configured to be user-friendly
When you create a broadcast in SAS Digital Marketing, you cannot configure the From and Reply-To e-mail addresses to be user-friendly. The only format that is allowed is a format such as replies@sas.com. You should be able to configure these e-mail addresses in order to encourage customers to trust who the e-mail is from and to send replies.
