Problem Note 51975: You cannot remove the SAS® 9.4 Web Infrastructure Platform Scheduling Services configuration using SAS® Deployment Manager
When you use SAS Deployment Manager to try to remove the SAS 9.4 Web Infrastructure Platform Scheduling Services configuration, the following error might occur:
The following problem was encountered while configuring SAS Web Infrastructure
Platform Scheduling Services: An unexpected error occurred. Please refer to the
log for more details. Configuration script: C:\Program
Files\SASHome94\SASWebInfrastructurePlatformSchedulingServices\9.4\Config\wipsch
edsvcs_config.xml
For more information please see the log file:
\Lev1\Logs\Configure\wipschedsvcs_configure_*.log
In addition, the wipschedsvcs_configure log file contains the following error:
The directory
\Lev1\Web\Applications\SASWIPSchedulingServices9.3\dip does not
exist
at
org.apache.tools.ant.ProjectHelper.addLocationToBuildException(ProjectHelper.jav
a:541)
at org.apache.tools.ant.taskdefs.Ant.execute(Ant.java:418)
These errors occur after you migrate from SAS® 9.3 to SAS 9.4 and you then attempt to remove the configuration for the SAS 9.4 Web Infrastructure Platform Scheduling Services.
As a workaround for this problem, you should click Yes in the error dialog box, which enables you to continue on in SAS® Deployment Manager.
