Problem Note 50742: The error "Transaction ABORTed due to deadlock issue" occurs when you use various SAS® Marketing Automation macros

Deadlock issues are reported for various SAS Marketing Automation macros when you are publishing to the Common Data Model. This issue is particularly prevalent when the Common Data Model is held in a Teradata database. You might see the following types of error messages for various macros in the SASMarketingAutomationCore5.4.log file:
SYSDBRC=[2631] and SYSDBMSG=[TERADATA: Transaction ABORTed due to deadlock ]: MA error code 829: Vendor code 100000

ERROR: Teradata insert:
Transaction ABORTed due to deadlock. SQL statement was: USING ("CELL_PACKAGE_SK"
