Problem Note 50473: SAS® Clinical Standards Toolkit 1.5 - Temporary variables might cause source-generated catalog code to truncate at $256

Some temporary variables used in SAS® Clinical Standards Toolkit 1.5 lengths are set to $500. If the source-generated catalog code that is longer than $255, the code can wrap and cause errors.

Another issue is when the line of code exceeds 255, there are examples where the code written out to the source file contains a space. This space can cause the code to fail when it is submitted. If the space happens in a line of code where it does not make a difference, the program runs correctly. If it inserts a space where it is not allowed, the code fails. Consider something like, proc pr int; instead of proc print.
