Problem Note 50431: An error occurs when you save two campaigns concurrently in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio
Saving two open campaigns concurrently in the same SAS Customer Intelligence Studio client session fails with the following error in the GUI:
ERROR: Check the log file for details

Caused by: com.sas.services.ServiceException: Exception occurred updating the

Once this exception occurs, the campaigns become locked and an error similar to the one above is displayed when you try to open them.
To release the campaigns, log off SAS Customer Intelligence Studio and log in again. Navigate to the Locks page and unlock the campaigns.
