Problem Note 50376: Tracked link variables are not being passed to the destination web page

When you click a tracked link in a SAS® Digital Marketing e-mail, the destination web page does not render the variable values that are passed in the link correctly.
This issue manifests in different ways depending on the value of the ResolveIndexLinkAtRuntime server property.
When ResolveIndexLinkAtRuntime=TRUE, no tracked variables are delivered to the web page.
When ResolveIndexLinkAtRuntime=FALSE, only one of the variables is delivered to the web page.
