Problem Note 50351: SAS® Customer Intelligence campaigns do not execute
SAS Customer Intelligence campaigns fail to run with the following errors if they contain non-marketing cells that do not contain cell codes. (A non-marketing cell is a cell that is not connected directly to a communication.)
Cell(1): A cell code must be entered.
Cell(1): Cannot update counts until this node has a defined subject.
Cell(1): This node cannot be an initial node, it must be preceded by an input
node that is ready to execute.
To work around this issue, do one of the following:
- Make the Cell node ready by placing a Ready node upstream from it and add a cell code.
- Remove the Cell node from the diagram flow.
