Problem Note 50151: The error "Post-log on initialization failed..." occurs when you open a SAS® Financial Management data-entry form

If you have applied the SAS Financial Management Hot Fix H46009,
you might receive the following error when you open a complex SAS
Financial Management data-entry form.

Post-log on initialization failed due to an unknown error
This error is likely to occur if the data-entry form
includes a supplemental schedule that points to an OLAP table that shares
slicers with another OLAP table. In these cases, an error similar to the following might be displayed in the SAS® Add-In for Microsoft Office log:
