SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio enables you to create custom details (user-defined fields) for your SAS Real-Time Decision Manager campaigns (flows). However, some releases of SAS Customer Intelligence Studio cannot use any custom detail page if its name ends in "Custom Details" (for example, "Brief Custom Details"). This problem can result in symptoms such as incorrect blank values when those custom details are used in Reply variables or an inability to use a custom detail variable in your campaign.
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
After you apply the hot fix, SAS Customer Intelligence Studio might continue to return the following warning when you click a reference to a custom detail in a campaign:
The campaign continues to execute correctly despite this message. Although preventing the warning is not necessary for correct functioning of the campaign, there is a workaround to prevent the warning. In order to correct the references to the custom detail, reselect the custom detail as the value for each variable where the custom detail is used.
