Problem Note 49479: Sorting issues occur in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio 6.1

In SAS Customer Intelligence Studio 6.1, when you open a table and click the column name in the table to sort the data, various problems might occur, such as the following:
- The sorting does not occur at all
- The characters are changed to nonsense characters after sorting
- The characters are not sorted alphabetically
These problems can occur with both English and international characters.
