Problem Note 49190: Problems might occur when you use SAS® Warranty Analysis under single sign-on (SSO) architecture (Solaris, WebLogic, Apache, SiteMinder)
When SAS Warranty Analysis is configured under Secure Socket Layer (SSL), the following problems might occur:
- URLs that are generated might begin with HTTP instead of HTTPS.
- URLs might not redirect appropriately.
- Images might not be displayed properly in the diagnostic client.
- The diagnostic client session does not end when you log off.
There is currently no circumvention for this problem.
