Problem Note 49190: Problems might occur when you use SAS® Warranty Analysis under single sign-on (SSO) architecture (Solaris, WebLogic, Apache, SiteMinder)

When SAS Warranty Analysis is configured under Secure Socket Layer (SSL), the following problems might occur:

  1. URLs that are generated might begin with HTTP instead of HTTPS.
  2. URLs might not redirect appropriately.
  3. Images might not be displayed properly in the diagnostic client.
  4. The diagnostic client session does not end when you log off.

There is currently no circumvention for this problem.
