Problem Note 49115: You might experience slow performance when you log on to the SAS® Enterprise GRC web application

DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

You might experience slow performance when you log on to the SAS Enterprise GRC web application.

This might happen under the following circumstances:

  • Many workflow instances are loaded.
  • There are hundreds of risks relating to workflow instances.
  • You have a position with a scope over the risks.

The slow performance happens because a large number of workflow instances is unnecessarily queried.

Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.

In addition to applying the hot fix, you might improve logon performance by adding new entries to the configdata.properties file. The new entries exclude items from the task list based on status code. Here is an example:

monitor.tasklist.exclude.Assessment=CAN,CLS monitor.tasklist.exclude.Policy=APPR monitor.tasklist.exclude.RiskInstance=APPROVED monitor.tasklist.exclude.ControlInstance=APPROVED monitor.tasklist.exclude.PotentialImpact=APPROVED
