Installation Note 49775: Using JBoss Community with Java 7 and SAS 9.3TS1M2
This note assumes that you have read and are familiar with SAS Note 49296: "Using Java 7 with SAS® 9.3 TS1M2."
In order to use JBoss Community with Java 7 in SAS 9.3TS1M2 several manual steps are required. These steps and a script to assist in the successful deployment of SAS 9.3TS1M2 have been developed, but are still undergoing final validation and publication. We anticipate these will be available by May 15, 2013.
Until this script and the manual steps are available, if you wish to deploy SAS 9.3TS1M2 to use Java 7 with JBoss Community as your web application server you should begin by deploying only your metadata and compute tiers. You should not deploy your SAS 9.3TS1M2 middle tier until the manual steps documentation and corresponding script is available.
